Ribs and blues, and a puerco pinata. Sounds like heaven.

I'd like to keep hearing about Greg's place. Any plans for a blog or website?

Naomi, The Blue Pig will be on the right hand side half a block past Latina America as you head to the beach. It's the building with round pillars in front (now painted blue) and the giant palapa upstairs.
The sweet couple from New Orleans who are opening the Cajun restaurant after the first of the year have the old Maria's restaurant spot just before the footbridge, a block up from the beach on the left.

what's the location of the Blue Pig site? And the new Cajun spot?

Mmmmm.....costillas! I want me some ribs! Congrats to Greg!

You're going to wait a loooong time for that, Mr. Pool...

Mmm...I'm hungry now! And for some reason I have a hankering for BBQ ribs! Congrats to Greg. And I can't wait to see Candice in her Daisy Duke waitress outfit. :)

THE BLUE PIG...... how could you ever forget a name like this! My son in law is a head chef at The Blue Crab... maybe they could get a chain going!!! But the food and the blues and the great equipment you have found in La Penita. I think all the glasses should have a blue tinge... WONDERFUL plans in a wonderful town... Wishing you the very best with this plan.. I think it is fantastic.. can hardly wait to eat a blue pig. Buena suerte

That's fantastic! Congratulations to Greg - it sounds like it will be a wonderful addition to the dining scene. Good luck and best wishes!

Wow, this is so exciting! I am so happy for Greg....and with his sister by his side, it will be nothing but sucessful! Congratulations Greg!!

Thanks to Candice for all her wonderful support and encouragement on this once-in-a-lifetime project. Finding the perfect location to open my first restaurant was an incredible gift. I am so happy to be the newest part of the dining, art, music and retail experience of this delicious little pueblita! All y'all come down here and get some real Texas BBQ to go along with the sights, sounds, and smells of San Pancho!
