Gretchen, I've been looking around, and I think I have room in the studio for that burro with the mascara eyes!

right down to a watch band matching a beautiful turquoise dress! Nobody quite "does it up" like those Mexicans. There must be many homes who burn the midnight oil sewing up amazing creations. I still marvel at the horses on those cobblestone streets.... high stepping and graceful while most of us wander about tripping and stubbing our toes! I understand why the cowboys are your heroes, I am surprised that lovely butter casa does not have a little stable out back!!! Thanks for a glimpse into this wonderful tradition of caballos y vaqueros y vaqueras. Is that right.... vaqueras???

Very nice - looks like a lot of fun. I love the girls beautiful outfits with the full skirts (with many petticoats underneath I'm sure). Very intricate.
